Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for the COVID-19 3 months free IT incentive put forth by Medical IT to help practices reduce IT expenses for the first 3 months on selected support plans. Below will describe the terms and conditions of the offer.

  1. Eligibility & Validity

1.1 This offer is available to all practices in all states of Australia.

1.2 The offer is valid till the 12:00am AEST, 31st of December 2020; Medical IT  can extend this offer out for prospective practices that express their interest at their discretion.

  1. Definition

2.1 The term “free” means that the client will acquire IT support services for a select set period which will based on a nominated IT support plans that they agree to engage in.

2.2 The prospective client/practice will not be required to pay the monthly support fees in this duration.

2.3 The term “Free basic website” means – A basic website for a practice with a maximum 5 pages, and basic functionalities. The following services are not included – Website hosting, Images, content writing, domain, graphic design is not included.

  1. Promotion terms

3.1 For Practices to acquire 3 months free support and a free basic website they are required to join an IT support plan for a minimum period of 36 months.

3.2 For Practices to acquire 2 months free support they are required to join a IT support plan for a minimum period of 24 months.

3.3 The IT support plans will be customised to the practices requirements and agreed between the IT consultant and the practice.

3.4 Medical IT’s intention in providing this offer is to assist practices to reduce their expenses of their business during these difficult COVID-19 economic climate and for all practices to continue operating and treating patients. Medical IT intention is also to create a more secure and stable network for these practices during the time of their engagement with the client.

  1. General

4.1 In the event the prospective client engages with Medical IT and does not wish to continue on the IT Support plan for a period assigned, the offer will become void and the client will be required to pay adhoc charges for all support work during the “free support period”. This also includes the Network assessment fee and any other fee related to services, products or labour charges as well as the cost of the website design (applicable for clients who take opportunity of the 3 months free IT Support + Free Basic Website offer)

4.2 The Practice understands that the “spirit” of this engagement is to establish a long term relationship with Medical IT and engage in a relationship that helps each business in the economic client.

4.3 Medical IT has complete discretion to withdraw the offer at any point up until the engagement between the two parties are executed.

4.4  Medical IT encourages all clients to participate with sending all queries to the IT consultant until they are decided and understand the offer being put forth to their practice.

4.5 Medical IT has the discretion to nominate whether to perform IT’s network assessment’s onsite at the practice with the practices permission or offsite from the Medical IT offices.

4.6 Medical IT will not sell your personal information to others or release it to others without your prior consent, and will only use your personal data as outlined in our privacy policy [privacy policy link].

4.7 Medical IT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revised version will be effective immediately that it is displayed on this website.

4.8 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Australian law, New South Wales. Any dispute arising out of the use of any offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New South Wales court.
